SEQUENTIAL LPG KIT

Components of a Sequential LPG Conversion Kit:

  1. LPG Tank (Cylinder or Toroidal)
    • Stores the LPG in liquid form.
    • Comes with multivalve for safety and functionality.
  2. Multivalve
    • Mounted on the LPG tank.
    • Controls filling, supply, level indication, and safety cut-off.
  3. LPG Reducer/Regulator (Vaporizer)
    • Converts liquid LPG into vapor.
    • Maintains constant pressure for the injectors.
    • Often heated by engine coolant to prevent freezing.
  4. LPG Injectors
    • Inject vaporized LPG into the intake manifold.
    • Controlled electronically to match fuel injection timing.
  5. Electronic Control Unit (ECU)
    • Manages the LPG injection timing and amount.
    • Interfaces with the original petrol ECU to mimic fuel behavior.
  6. Changeover Switch (Fuel Selector Switch)
    • Allows the driver to switch between LPG and petrol modes.
    • Displays fuel levels and operating status.
  7. LPG Filter
    • Filters out impurities before LPG reaches the injectors.
    • Can be in liquid or vapor phase depending on placement.
  8. Fuel Lines (Copper or Flexible Hoses)
    • Transport LPG from the tank to the engine.
    • Must be pressure-resistant and compliant with safety regulations.
  9. Coolant Hoses
    • Connect the engine cooling system to the vaporizer.
    • Required to prevent the vaporizer from freezing.
  10. Wiring Harness
    • Connects all electronic components to the LPG ECU.
  11. Pressure and Temperature Sensors
    • Monitor system performance and help the ECU adjust injection parameters.
  12. LPG Level Sensor
    • Mounted on the multivalve or tank.
    • Indicates remaining LPG for the dashboard switch.
