Benefits of LP Gas:
Less cylinder weight
An LPG cylinder of 60-liter capacity weighs only 18 kg and the circumference and length of the cylinder are 314 and 863 mm respectively. On the other hand, a 60-liter CNG cylinder weighs about 62 kg.
50%-60% Less fuel cost
Save up to 60% on your car’s fuel cost on LPG – where Octane is priced at Tk 130 per liter, equivalent LPG costs taka 56.85
Less chance of cylinder blast
LPG cylinder pressure is only 3.5% compared to CNG cylinder. LPG is stored at only 3.0-7.5 bar pressure, whereas CNG is stored at 200-250 bar pressure. So there is no risk of explosion.
Same mileage as petrol
Due to its high calorific value, LPG gives almost the same mileage and performance as octane/petrol and does not damage the engine as it is a liquid-like octane.
